Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rtk10 ("rtk10", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the rtk10 website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features accessible at rtk10.io and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any rtk10 service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account on the rtk10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. rtk10 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering an account in your own name for your personal use only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through rtk10 or any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using funds belonging to a third party.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or binding directive applicable to you in your place of residence.

Registration on the Platform constitutes your representation and warranty that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Any false representation at the time of registration, or at any time thereafter, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in that account.

Account Rules & Player Obligations

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one rtk10 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If rtk10 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts associated with that player will be permanently closed and any balances across those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rtk10 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. rtk10 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rtk10 support immediately via live chat from within your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to keep all personal details on your account accurate and current. This includes your contact information, residential address, and payment method details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, failed payment processing, or account suspension. 3.4 Account Currency

All rtk10 accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rtk10 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and wagering requirements are expressed and processed in BDT.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods. rtk10 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges. You must only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made using an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the same rtk10 account. rtk10 applies a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays. rtk10 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before authorising any withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

rtk10 operates in strict compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any activity that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities. rtk10 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold balances, and request extensive documentation where AML concerns arise. Cooperation with rtk10's AML processes is a mandatory condition of account use.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

rtk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the player's bonus balance.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in eligible bets to be placed).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses expire within the time limit specified in each offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus wagering requirement is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum will result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• rtk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have all bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

Gameplay, Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Game Rules

All casino games available on the rtk10 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules as displayed within a game title and any description on the rtk10 website, the game provider's official rules shall prevail.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets — including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to rtk10's sportsbook rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, rtk10's standard void-bet policy applies: stakes are returned to the player's balance unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game session or betting event, rtk10 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the applicable stakes to the player's balance. No claims for winnings arising from a known or suspected game malfunction will be honoured. rtk10 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such malfunctions.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet outcome, payment transaction, or account decision must contact rtk10 support in English via live chat within 30 days of the event in question. rtk10 will investigate all disputes and provide a written response within 10 business days. Disputes raised after the 30-day window may not be considered. rtk10's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any rights the player may have under applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rtk10 platform. rtk10 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate — including immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances — in response to any of the following:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that automates gameplay or betting decisions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to defraud rtk10 through chargeback requests, false dispute claims, or manipulation of payment processes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus abuse, or any pattern of betting designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting any personal information.
• Attempting to access or interfere with rtk10's backend systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure.

Responsible Gaming

rtk10 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players across Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. rtk10 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from their account dashboard or by contacting rtk10 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.

Privacy & Data Protection

rtk10 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by rtk10 includes, but is not limited to, registration information, transaction records, gameplay history, device data, and communications with rtk10 support. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. rtk10 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rtk10 platform — including but not limited to the rtk10 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of rtk10 or its licensed content providers. No part of the rtk10 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of rtk10.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rtk10 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rtk10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of game malfunctions, as described in Section 6.3.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any losses arising from the player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

The rtk10 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. rtk10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Account Termination & Suspension

rtk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.
• Behaviour that rtk10 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players.

Players may also request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting rtk10 support. Upon voluntary closure, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Changes to These Terms

rtk10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rtk10 will notify players by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
